A little about me...
I myself, am entirely made of flaws, stitched together with good intentions. I cannot say who I am - sometimes I am and sometimes I'm not. I don't fit in a perfect slot. I am very liberal on social issues, fiscal issues - more moderate. I love to work out - swimming, running, aerobics, weight lifting - but I'm clumsy. I love all kinds of music (Temptations, Beatles, no disco, Kiss, Train, Neon Trees) but I can't carry a tune nor ever remember the lyrics.

I love to garden, plant flowers, play with my pets and travel. I spend the summer in the back yard throwing the frisbee or reading a book. I have been very independent for many years and now that my kids are gone, I have the freedom to try new adventures. I love to go to new places, see everything and not waste a minute. My idea of a great vacation would be to rent a cottage on the beach, swim in the ocean, see what we could see, and soak up the sun.

About the one I'm looking for...
Someone able to laugh with me even at the not so funny jokes, a travel companion and someone who can handle life's ups and downs and still stay sane. I enjoy men even with all their quirks. My ideal partner would "get" me. If you have a twinkle in your eyes and a smile on your face - we're good to go.

I'd just like to add...
I see that many profiles list hunting, fishing, biking and hiking as interests. That's all good as long as I don't have to participate at the same level.

I might get on the back of a motorcycle, don't want my own, I'm just not that coordinated!

I've been hunting, even dressed my own game. At this stage of my life I really don't want to get up in the middle of the night, drive forever, freeze, fill a license, come home and have to butcher. You are welcome to enjoy it and I appreciate the wild meat but I'd rather go shopping.
I enjoy fishing if it involves sitting on the bank holding a pole with my toes and reading a good book.
