A little about me...
I'm a low maintenance guy but wide awake to my surroundings. I see the world simply but I'm not simple minded. I'm conservative in my politics and I'm hard working. I enjoy my work, it's important to me and I'm very creative with it. I know I'll never be rich unless I hit the lottery and I don't play enough to care if I do. I make a good living for myself. I'm an individual. I don't follow the crowd just because people might like me more if I do. If you don't like my fruit, then don't shake my tree. I don't need to have the latest gadget all the time and I drive a car that has some miles on it. I like to get into the car and drive into the country with the T-Tops off going down some road I never knew was there or I haven't been on for a while.

About the one I'm looking for...
I'm looking for a women who takes care of herself physically and mentally, (you don't have to look like a super model or have a PHD, Masters etc...... Just be able to talk with me about the things that matter in life after work is done. Or, talk about your work if you enjoy it. I hope you can appreciate the simple things in life and can enjoy them for what they are. A beautiful sunset, a waterfall in the forest, a hike up a hill just to see whats on the other side, or a picnic with family and friends or just the two of us. Sometimes I like to take the lead, but I don't mind if you take the lead once in a while as well. I'm looking for a long term relationship that will grow possibly into marriage without children. It's a little late for me to start that. If you have children, that's fine with me. I get along very well with younger people. If you are not in the southern California area, within 100 miles or so of Los Angeles I probably will not contact you in return. I'd just like to add...
My interests include, military history, history of the old west and sometimes reenacting it (Victorian era) with friends. I would rather eat a home cooked meal at your place or mine than go out to a restaurant. But I will go out to eat once in a while. In music I like classical, rock and roll from the 60's through the eighties and jazz, old and new. I don't have any pets because I just don't have the time to devote to them. But I do love dogs. I'm not a fitness nut, but I'm not totally out of shape for my age. My job keeps me fairly fit and on the go. Sometimes my job has odd hours and long days. But I'm not a workaholic. Most days I'm home in the afternoon. My hobbies are Photography, living history and working on my sports car, but I'm not a grease monkey every weekend, just trying to keep it running.
