A little about me...
Well this is always the hard part, but I will give it my best shot. I am recently divorced after a 25 yr marriage. I have had time to get over this major change in my life and am ready to start a new chapter.I consider myself to be a very honest and caring person. I believe that without honesty a relationship cannot thrive.I have 2 wonderful children, 22 yr old twin boys. They are the loves of my life. They both recently graduated from college,are back living at home with me. They are both working and are great kids.I have an 2undergrad degrees and my masters in social work. I worked for 21 yrs as a social worker for the Comm of Mass and I loved my job. I was fortunate enough to be able to take an early retirement and I use all of this new found free time to be with my family. I am currently looking to change career fields and enter the medical field. I consider myself to be a hopeless romantic.I still believe in love at first site. I am a very compassionate and passionate person.I love holding hands,hugging,cuddling and spending time with that special person. I am not afraid of public dispays of affection..in fact I kind of like them.I love to laugh and to make others laugh, having a great sence of humor is very important to me.

About the one I'm looking for...
I am looking for a man who shares my zest for life. I am looking for a long term relationship, and hopefully marriage. I love to go to the movies as well as stay home and cuddle on the couch and watch a dvd, very romantic...I love the beach and own a condo in Florida and try to go as often as possible. I have a very wide array of interests.In addition to loving movies, I also love to read, mostly fiction..crime stories and medical mysteries. I love going to museums and plays and concerts. I am very comfortable out on the town for the night or just staying at home. I love getting together with my friends and family. I am a big animal lover...my favorite being dogs. I have a Bichon Frise named Millie and she is my constant companion....so if you don't love dogs I am afraid that we won't be a match.

I'd just like to add...
I am a very adventerous person. I like to explore and try new things. I will try just about anything once...who knows I might like it and want to try it again. I love to travel. I have been to many places within the states, Mexico, the Carribean,Canada and South America..I have never been to Europe, but that is definitely on my list of things to do..I am 50 years old, but I have kept very good care of myself and most people guess that I am in my late 30's. My profile picture is very recent, about 3 months old. I am very petite, 5'2" and I am slender yet I have all the curves in all the right places. I have naturaly black hair and very big very blue eyes. I owe that to my half Irish/half Italian heritage...So if you think that you might be interested in getting to know me better, I would love to hear from you
