A little about me...
I have 2 children - 22 year old son and 17 year old daughter - guess they can't technically be called children anymore but none the less they are my heart and soul. I was married for 24 years - with him for 28 - so the whole dating scene is something I haven't done since I was a teenager. Guess you could say we just grew apart- but it has made me more aware of what is truly important in a relationship - and that is to never take for granted what you have. I tend to be a bit shy around people until I get to know them - and then , as my friends would say - watch out. I work for the state as an analyst, it keeps me on the road a lot, and there are times when I absolutely love my job. I love photography and sculpting, quiet nights at home curled up with a good book or movie, unexpected plans for a night out, rainstorms, chasing sunsets, laughing uncontrollably with friends, rides to nowhere and getting lost, and walks on the lakefront or beach . I am loyal almost to a fault , I'd rather listen then talk and I always look for the best in people or situations.

About the one I'm looking for...
Fun loving - spur of the moment - enjoys outdoors as well as quiet nights at home. Someone who makes me smile and isn't afraid to still be a kid at heart sometimes. Must be willing to take the time to get to know the real me and what I mean by that is - I tend to be quiet but my actions will show you what you need to know . Not looking for Prince Charming - just a really nice, compassionate , caring person.
