A little about me...
I am an articulate, lively, witty, semi-intellectual all-out liberal; an opinion researcher, classical musician (harpsichord and piano), skeptical of this medium but who know? I am chronologocally 78. My late wife was 17 years younger than I, which took years off my personality. I have an active mind which can sometimes be very funny.

Some distance behind music is people watching, a discipline from which I made a modest living conducting focus groups and surveys of diverse populations ranging from plumbers to Ivy League faculty members, (The former was more interesting and far less self-centered). I have two sons, each of whom is Jeckyl or Hyde, depending on the weather; a grandson who is a piano prodigy studying in Europe; and a tendency toward the improper use of semi-colons.

It would be most gratifying to find a woman who is literate,witty, relatively slender, and filthy rich. I would be quite satisfied to sacrifice the last criterion for the first three. My heroes are J.S. Bach, Franz Schubert, Ted Williams, and Tarzan of The Apes. I am uncertain about whether I am physically attractive, although I was bortderline handsome when I was younger and women still look at me furtively in the supemaket.

About the one I'm looking for...
A brainy, articulate, communicative woman who is more than fond of classical music, who can make me laugh and whose attitude is usually quite positive. If she were reader and a writer, that would be a very big bonus.

I'd just like to add...
I am in fairly good shape, probably because of an athletic youth. I have not watched TV for two years. If you seek an excercise partner, I am not he, although the right woman might convince me to do something more healthy than turning pages.
