A little about me...
Old-fashioned, modern woman. I work for a living, yet love domestic stuff; cooking, laundry, cleaning... Love to go camping, out for drinks & dancing and to go walking. I love traveling (US & Canada, international... or right within the state) but don't have to have it. My dream - still, at this age - is to "know how forever feels". Had it one time, but he must have had a higher calling, coz he died suddenly. Three years later, I'm tired of being alone.

I am honest (maybe to a fault), loyal and love to pamper my loved ONE. I love to get my hands dirty; in the ground, in the garage... way better than being inside! I do not like shopping, other than groceries. Okay, that makes me something of an anomaly, and that I am!

About the one I'm looking for...
If you are honestly honest, and completely loyal, then there's little that we can't work around. Please, please... bring a sense of humor coz life is just too dull without it. Other than that, I like to see a strong work ethic but if you're retired then you've done that time :) Contribution around the house is cool, family values important. I evidently have not been around the block enough times to quickly see through a fake/liar/cheat... but am learning the hard way. Please don't bring any of those traits; they are not welcome!

I like to be around people who take care of themselves - just in a sense of awareness... no, I do not want a fitness junkie, just someone willing to get outdoors... eat (or at least be willing to try) moderately healthy foods... generally be aware that we have choices other than fast food and television. Yes, I acknowledge the hypocrisy in that last blurb, as I am a smoker. I smoke only outdoors, and am making an effort to cut it back... don't want to promise that I'll quit; have had that backfire too many times before.

I'd just like to add...
I like to have FUN! I work hard and like to play hard at the end of the day/week/month/year... whenever it's time.

That pampering I mentioned? Someday, I'd like to get it back too... I don't expect it; just really REALLY appreciate it! I believe that honesty is the key. Interests, goals, desires, tastes... that list goes on and on... with things that change, adapt, grow. Honesty and loyalty don't. You either have 'em, or you don't.
