A little about me...
I’m a curious, lively, open-minded, person interested in lots of things and going to lots of places. I’m comfortable in everything from sweats to evening gowns, and I hope you are too. While I don’t run marathons, I am pretty fit. I like to start outside with my morning cup of coffee and end outside with an evening glass of wine.
I moved to Virginia from the San Francisco Bay Area to be nearer my aging parents and young granddarlings -- a transition filled with many unexpected things. I love my work and my family, and I’ve made new friends. Now I want to find a special someone to share this new life with.

My Top Interests:
Family and Friends
Family and friends are the most important part of my life. They keep me honest and sane, make me feel like I'm accepted and belong, and that I can love and be loved. Family and friends remind me constantly that people matter.
I think it is so interesting to meet people from different countries, to discover new cultures, to eat new foods and smell new smells, and to learn about their histories. I used to travel more for business, and I miss it. More travel is definitely a priority for my immediate future.
Movies present new points of view and experiences through other people's eyes. I think this is really interesting, especially when the outcomes of issues are different from what I expect and I learn something. Plus, movies can be highly entertaining.
