A little about me...
I am a simple person, not a simpleton. Therefore, I know most of the time, what I want. I live within my means, enjoy reading biographies, thrillers, business, or romance books. In tuned with my passion for writing, I started putting on "paper" memories and reflections. Instead of mind games, I prefer direct conversation. I believe a smile goes a long way.

I am a proud father of underage kids, and I evaluate my actions based on the positive effect on my kids: listen to their concerns and problems, explain things in words they understand, and give them a positive perspective for the future. Currently, I send them letters -- you know, envelopes, paper, stamp... I am not completely traditional, as I use a computer to compose the letters.

About the one I'm looking for...
When it comes to what I am looking for in a partner, there is no specific set of expectations or requirements, except the fundamentals: honesty, sense of humor when appropriate, optimism. Based on good communication and that special magic between two people, anything wonderful is possible.

I want to find a lady with whom I can talk simply and naturally, and both of us act naturally. Perhaps a cup of coffee, a walk, conversation... whatever feels right. I believe I am flexible and ready for new experiences. People should be themselves, and not look over their shoulder all the time, concerned whether they act "appropriately". That should have been clarified long time ago.

I'd just like to add...
I hope my partner and I will enjoy coffee, Saturday breakfast in bed, traveling and exploring wineries or trails. I like to pretend I am a much better tenor than in reality, especially in the shower. While confident in my skills as a chef, I might, just might delude myself of being able to stand shoulder to shoulder to great chefs.
