A little about me...
Hi! As you can see from my profile I am 56 and divorced. I was married for 22 years. The split was mutual so I am not carrying around any baggage from it. My x is going to be married next year and I am very happy for him.
I have been in the Telecommunications field for almost 40 years and enjoy not working in an office. I wear jeans, a polo and walking shoes and sometimes work boots to work and love it! Since I have worked in a traditionally male industry for so many years I enjoy fixing things and problem solving. I don't drink much and don't enjoy loud bars. I prefer a glass of wine and some live jazz. I love going to the movies and being outdoors. Love 60's music, Motown, jazz and still get chills when I hear Get Together by The Youngbloods. I guess I never lost that 60's idealism. I believe it is important to treat someone like you want to be treated.
About the one I'm looking for...
I am looking for someone to be friends with first because I feel that is an extremely important way to start any relationship. Also someone who has a good sense of humor and enjoys being with an independent woman who opens doors for others and enjoys a door being opened for her.
I'd just like to add...
I enjoy reading, music, my cats, sushi, evenings at the beach, movies, yoga
