A little about me...
Hi there! Describing myself in this small space is a challenge. I consider myself to be eclectic in interests, activities, art, music and even friends. I am a nature lover who is comfortable getting my hands and myself dirty and the same day will dress up and go into town to the theatre, symphony or art gallery. A few of my joys in life are a trail ride, paddling or floating on a low country creek with my senses stimulated by the surrounding marsh, wildlife and yes, even the smell of pluff mud! At the same time I enjoy cultural activities and time with family and friends sharing food, love and good conversation. I was raised in SC and educated in the North. I am openminded and value different cultures, belief systems and experiences. I am passionate about my work and work hard, sometimes too hard. I am focusing now on having more fun, travel and adventure. A few of my bucket list items are: learning to shag, playing the flute again, travel to other continents, hike anywhere, and camp again in the Okefenokee Swamp with friends (it's amazing). Want to join me? Let's go! Although I have the "list", it changes and I try to live one day at a time. Plan for the future and live in today.
About the one I'm looking for...
I am open hearted, passionate, direct, honest and have integrity. I would love to find a man with similar qualities and interests who will introduce me to some of his. I want both of us to trust each other enough to be vulnerable without worrying about unnecessary criticism. Our "inner children" will play together, laugh and explore comfortably and feel safe at least most of the time. On the other side of the coin, I am a smart, outspoken, emotionally, spiritually, and physically strong woman who wishes to be with a man who can appreciate those qualities in me, and who will try to accept my imperfections or at least help me work on them. Someone who can appreciate the "tom boy" in me too. I appreciate a man who enjoys working with his hands and fixing things. (not a deal breaker). Shared interests are important yet the warmth of their heart and soul are what I seek the most. If this makes sense to you that is a great sign. Can you relate?
I'd just like to add...
If you find all or part of my profile interesting and like to experience life in and out of doors then please send me a written message. I rarely respond to flirts. Anyone can push a button but not anyone is willing to send a message telling me about themselves. Give it a try and i will respond. Have a good day or evening! Maybe one day we will sit on my porch listening to the "night critters" talking to the universe, another of my favorite things to do.
