Greeting

A little about me...
"Wouldn't it be nice if we could wake up in the morning when the day is new?" Brian Wilson- Beach Boys (Being a Beach Boys fan is a big plus), I will go to 2 different B Boys concerts at Wolf Trap on the same day. In me you have an odd bird indeed. I am a "closet former peacenik" but yet I am a tourguide in DC who does military history tours. I love quiet Sun morns lazing around with a big ol omelet (I love to cook) and lying in bed in underwear (or nuttin) reading the Wash Post yet I have severe ADHD which makes me an excitement junky.. I have been a professional tourguide in DC for 20 years now and can annoy my friends on car rides telling them weird stories about stuff you see out the window. Currently I do 3 jobs (But I still have time to dance). I narrate tours for the double decker open top buses. I drive the pedicabs- bike rickshaws in DC. I am also working on my own tour company. Doing regular tours after 20 years has become routine & boring so I do military history tours like the Civil War.. Not to brag but I am one of only a couple dozen people in the world who can take you on the tour of the John Wilkes Booth Escape Route after he shot Lincoln. I play guitar - blues, Beatles 60s, ballads.

About the one I'm looking for...
Oh PLEASE PLEASE tell me you'll dance all nite with me?!? Good American R&R, reggae, blues, old fogies music (We ARE- right?) I can live alone but it is not much fun dancing with myself. (Actually I WILL brag that I have had fan clubs of women whose boyfriends & hubbies didn't dance.) I love to have 1 too many beers & spin a girl around on the dance floor until the band stops or I have to carry her home. You don't have to like or do everything that I do but giving it a try is a big plus. Someone who isn't bored with a quiet day at home but can take a spontaneous road trip to who knows where is good.. Exploring country rides is fun. It would be REAL NICE if I could take you anywhere & you'd be cool. I am. Spooning on the couch is cool. I am not a fitness freak but when I start to feel heavy I quit eating. I don't find heavy women attractive. I'll do a hike up Sugarloaf Mtn or the C&O canal but I usually walk 5-10 mi a day doing my tours. Long slow kisses are a big plus if you are a patient person and don't start squigglin around. Please tell me that you are affectionate, like to hold hands, and indulge in PDAs (Not a technological term here)(Bigger plus if you knew that.).

I'd just like to add...
Let's get the negativity out of the way first. One big reason why I have never married is that I don't do physical, emotional, or verbally abusive relationships. I want and need to feel "emotionally safe" with my S O. Usually if there's maybe 2 temper tantrums I just fold up my tent and quietly steal off into the night without a word (I don't think I should be giving a person a lesson in how to be an adult). I expect adult anger, frustration, disagreements, and arguments. But any kind of abuse is simply unacceptable. MY VALUES: I am a bit of a closet environmentalist who tries not to be angry. I'll be at the front of the stage at a rock concert but i don't do loud engine noise. I do bicycles and sailboats and sitting on a peaceful shore. I don't do Las Vegas and Atlantic City. I do small towns with friendly people like Andy Griffith and Barney Fife or cool sidewalk cafes in the Big City. Rather than a cruise boat I'd rather rent a sailboat and bring my own margaritas since I make them better anyway. I am not impressed with Fancy/Expensive. I'd rather do a local family restaurant than Georgetown and a Comfort Inn over a Hyatt or Sheraton.. P.S. I am good with kids and animals that don't bite or spit on you.
