A little about me...
Retired. (I keep busy but don't get paid the big bucks anymore). My life has been interesting, full and at times challenging. But very happy. I've been divorced for a long time which has created an independant nature in me. I own my own home, have a great family and a handful of life-long friends. To enhance my life, I would like to find a man to be a best friend, someone to laugh with, support each other's needs, travel here and there and walk alongside one another.
I have got to be honest guys, although I appreciate men to the fullest, I don't think I could committ to sharing my home with someone. It's just been too long and I am scared I am too set in my ways. (I don't know this for sure but that's what I am thinking.)
About the one I'm looking for...
I would like to find a true friend. Friendship features that appeal to me include: reasonable, thoughtful, honesty, and common sense. Your smile comes easy but you know when to take situations seriously.
Outstanding characteristics for me would be his loyalty to friends and family, high character and morality values and the ability to communicate and laugh at life. Someone who has meaning in their life already.
I'd just like to add...
I enjoy photography, reading, estate sales, occasionally eating out, dining in, leisurely time with friends, adventures and small wood crafting projects. It would be great to have a friend to share some of those interests or teach me new ones. My favorite place to be is by the water (it is so calming).
So, if you are up to some joy in your life with a true blue friend, you may want to consider me. Thanks for reading.
