A little about me...
I get up early every day, raring to go and ready to live without regrets. My mantra is “time’s a wastin’.” Spending some formative years in the early seventies, when women’s roles were really changing, inspired me to blaze my own trail in life. I learn by doing, not watching or reading. Wanting to get out there and experience things firsthand, I chose work that took me to Central and South America, Europe, Asia-Pac... I’ve had many adventures and I’m not done yet! I took horseback riding lessons in my ‘50s and loved every minute of it. I consider myself a world citizen and happily interact with all kinds of people in all venues. I’m really curious about what makes people tick and the things in life that make their eyes light up with excitement. Even strangers seem to feel comfortable opening up to me. Once someone has earned my trust, which for me is a sacred thing, I am a tireless cheerleader and will go to the ends of the earth for you. What I’m looking for is a true friendship “caught on fire.” Peace and passion will be in balance. With love in my life, I can just exhale, relaxing in the certainty that I’m not alone — you’ve got my back!
About the one I'm looking for...
You have a zest for life, insatiable curiosity and energetic nature that keep you chasing goals you are still passionate about pursuing. At the same time, you’re all grown up now and have truly lived! You keep an open mind and believe everyone is free to live the way they want to. A thoughtful guy, you try to find out what is important to the people in your life. When my car is entombed in snow, you’ll be my hero and bust out the snowblower (if you have one!). If you can fix things around the house, that’s an attractive quality, too. I can trust you to see things through and will always feel “heard.” You don’t shy away from touch and tender moments. We might go up to the mountains, cook together, dine before the fire and sip good wine. Kayaking on the Charles River sounds like fun to you. You will appreciate an introduction to “my” New Mexico and what its spiritual aspects have to offer us. My “Irish sense of humor” won’t be completely lost on you. You rely more on comic timing than sarcasm. We both appreciate the funny nuances between couples and are eager to create our own. I will be deeply grateful that life has brought your love into my life, and you’ll feel the same for me.
I'd just like to add...
