A little about me...
Life is Simple but not Easy! My kids are grown and now I get to be most passionate about my life! I worked hard rasing two wonderful Son's, ah heck, I have always worked hard. Got that from my Mom. Put myself through nursing school; was 9 1/2 months pregnant at graduation, what a picture that is! For 10 years I had the absolute greatest experience working as a Clinical Nurse Specialist with cancer patients, needed a break and I found my way to studying Natural Horsemanship, Learning to teach people about horses was my next incredible opportunity. From there opening a Natural Horsemanship Center in our area, and having kids camps was a blast.
My friends tell me it is my turn. Tricky getting use to that idea but it sounds good, so I thought I'd try it.
Anything with the water is a go for me. On my 54th birthday I learned to scuba dive. In my younger days I had the opportunity to learn to sail, and did so for 5 summers, in the Swedish Archepeligo. Would like to take that up again. Love to travel, but love to stay home and be settled for a while.
My friends would say I am kind and fun to be around. Laughing is a must for me, a sense of humor is golden. Gets us through the tough times.
About the one I'm looking for...
I would like to find a MAN. Someone who understands who he is, likes variety and loves to laugh. Someone who will like me for who I am, and someone that I can like. I am an independent woman at work, it is imperative. However, when I come home I like to be the softer me. The me that only special people get to see.
A man who can be spontaneous occasionally is great. There is nothing like waking up in the morning and heading out on a day or overnight adventure.
I have already raised my Son's, now it is time to find a special someone to spend the next half of my life with.
I'd just like to add...
I am sensitive and passionate, however my work requires me to be strong. It would be nice to come home and be able to let that sensitve/passionate me out. It balances me, so I can go back to work and do what I need to do. I am independent, financially, emotionally and socially, however, after 3 years it would be nice to have someone to share my life with.
Family is everything to me, my Son's, my friends, my relatives. I am very loving. Integrating my partners family into my life is absolutely no problem.
That's me in a nutshell! Simple but not Easy!

My Top Interests:
Nature and Outdoors
There is nothing like a sunny Washington day. Riding the horses or hiking with the dogs running through the woods. The grove of birch trees with the sunshine flowing down through them. Reminds when we have days of rain why we live here.
Family and Friends
My Son's are interesting, funny, good conversationalists and fun to be around. It has taken me many years to learn what "true" friends are and I so grateful for them.
Cooking for my family, friends or together with my man is such a comfort. Maybe having a glass of wine together while our meal is cooking. Then sitting and enjoying a good, fresh meal and talking; maybe a fire going or sitting on the deck on a warm night. Ahh, nothing better.
