Greeting

A little about me...
I live alone in the woods, but near town for civilized things; particiapate and volunteer in my small community as FF/EMT, as well as having several part time jobs, thus semi retired. There are so many things to share when the time comes.

About the one I'm looking for...
An independent doer and thinker, who looks around and participates in life, travels but also likes local places, supportive with a sense of humour, educated and likes to read or hang out & watch an old movie, or sunsets. Must like children & pets and be able to enjoy being around them. Someone who also likes to cuddle around a campfire or relaxing on the water.

I'd just like to add...
I like all kinds of music (except rap & some other stuff) but very ecclectic in music and activities. swim, gentle kayak or walking in woods (hiking-bad knees), flower gardening, and some other things to learn. Always like history & telling stories. Been lucky to be in the right places @ the right times. Survived the 60's & 70's with my wander-itis still intact; but appreciate home more.
