A little about me...
"Lady" describes me to a "T"; so does "woman". I am my own person, while enjoying sharing my life with others--my family, my colleagues, my students. I'm not stuck up, but I hate crude or profane talk or actions. Work and love combine to make my life meaningful. A strong spiritual relationship with God (raised Catholic, now a pilgrim soul)enriches my life's an ongoing dialogue really.
Since I'm a teacher and have been a self-employed Naturopathic Doctor, the importance of money in my life takes its place down a few steps from the truly important factors already mentioned. I know it's a practical concern, but it doesn't drive my choices.

About the one I'm looking for...
I know chemistry plays quite a role in forming relationships. I am by nature rather fiery and quick to make decisions. I feel complemented by someone who is thoughtful and easy-going by nature. I am assertive in some circumstances and more laid-back in others. Aren't we all? I value integrity and a real sense of honor in a man. I love a good sense of humor (mine runs to Monty Python, Eddie Izzard, Demetri Martin and Rita Rudner for examples.) You should be a man who has his feet on the ground, but still believes in magic. Be a growing-up who still can relate to his inner child.

I'd just like to add...
I love to read (just started Mark Twain's autobiog. I love movies big time; love to laugh; love to dance. Watching the ocean is heaven to me. When a conversation "clicks" with chemistry it's fantastic. I love dining, since that's something of a rare treat. I've lived in Ireland and love the place to pieces.(Got homesick for America, though--it taught me how I really am engaged with this land.) I'm a proud liberal Democrat who remembers Camelot with a warm heart. The Boston Red Sox count me as a loyal citizen of Red Sox Nation and going to Fenway is always a pilgrimage for me. Nuff said? The Fine Arts Museum Boston is a favorite place for me; really gets the creative juices flowing for days after. Boston, in general, is a haven of civilization (not just when compared with New York!). Boston in spring is the best of the best!
