A little about me...
I was married for 22 years and have been widowed for 8 years. I have two boys, one will graduate with a secondary education and coaching degree in December, and my youngest is a sophomore at engineering school. I want someone who is calm, has a great sense of humor, self-sufficient, understanding, and has Christian values. I believe in commitment and friendship. I believe in taking things slowly. My match will be clean and polite and remember the manners his momma taught him. I want someone who is sincere and honest with no games involved. I am self-sufficient and independent but do not want to be alone. I want someone who wants to have fun and enjoys being with people but who can also enjoy time quietly and at home. I have many friends of many different positions in life. I have been told that I am hard to get to know but once you know me, you will find that I am the best friend you could have.
About the one I'm looking for...
I am looking for a relationship that can turn into a serious committment. The man I am looing for is one who is a gentleman, believes in Christian values, believes in family values, loves a good joke, has fun with life, sees the glass as half full, and is a romantic at heart. I am looking for a man who will be an equal partner in life, who is comfortable with himself, knows who he is, and is accepting of others.
I'd just like to add...
Family is important to me. I am active in church and am looking for the same. I love to travel, don't do the bar scene, love to eat out, and expecially love ethnic foods. I have no desire to sky dive, deep sea dive, or drive a race car, although I do admit to speeding once in a while. I especially love the mountains, love being outdoors, going to a good show, love to play pitch, and have a great sense of humor.
