A little about me...
I love to camp, fish, DANCE (and by dance, I mean with someone who knows his cha-cha from his foxtrot, lol). I've been single for years, and have been working, but haven't been getting out. I want to DO something.
Currently, I am caring for invalid family members, which means I'm working, but not employed. In my spare time I'm a volunteer fire fighter. I am a dog person, but my dog is a cat person.
I'm not looking to get married, or to speed full throttle into a deep relationship. I just want to find someone whose company I love, who is articulate and who isn't looking for just a casual hook-up.
I don't do jealous, because I trust what my eyes tell me. If you need a clinging vine, I'm probably not the gal for you. If YOU are a clinging vine, I'm definitely not the girl for you. I'm all for empathy, but don't need someone who cries over KODAK commercials.
About the one I'm looking for...
The one I'm looking for will be even tempered, unabashed, happy with himself, and nice to the convenience store clerk.
He is probably a man's man, and more than likely will occassionally just want to go to his man cave. He doesn't leave town for months at a time without calling, but doesn't want to be joined at the hip every waking hour.
He'd rather drive than fly, because the journey is where the scenery is. He knows how to have A drink or two and no more, and above all, he's single. Not separated, not misunderstood, or in an open relationship...Single, as in unmarried.
I'd just like to add...
I'd just like to add that a perfect first date might include a cup of gourmet coffee, and a walk along the boardwalk. I especially like the gators at Bass Pro Shop.
