A little about me...
I am "real," and am hoping to meet the same. To me, "real" means having integrity and good character. Trust doesn't come from being told, "Trust me." Trust is earned. I live a simple life by preference. Material "things" brings short-lived happiness. Money and power is unimportant to me. However, I am not interested in someone who looks to me for financial support. I am direct and I've been called "brutally honest" more than once. My feelings are that people can never "really" learn/know the real you if you are not open and honest. Superficial people live in another world from mine. Eating healthy and daily exercise is part of my daily routine.
About the one I'm looking for...
I'd like to meet a man with the traits mentioned in "A Little about Me." Aside from the inner traits listed above, I like to see a man have pride in his appearance, and in how he lives in general. Good attitute, kind, considerate, one who loves people. Someone who communicates well, and also who's a good listener. One who eats healthy, and who exercising daily,
I'd just like to add...
I'm ready to meet someone with whom I can feel at home with from the start! It's that instant connection that we all sometimes feel when we meet certain people. You know what I mean? I've been told throughout my life that I am "very easy to get to know." I joke and laugh a lot! (Who wants to be with an old "stick in the mud?") We can make this corrupt world in which we live a happy place by choosing to be happy AND by choosing friends with the same attitude.

My Top Interests:
Religion and Spirituality
My belief in God gives me "lasting" peace, joy and happiness. Material things bring only temporary happiness.
Music sets the mood and mood sets the music! I can't imagine my life without it!
Family and Friends
I shall never forget what Ann Landers wrote in her column 40 years ago: "If upon your death bed, you can say you had one, true friend, lucky indeed are you." Loyal friends are a treasure.
