A little about me...
I'm a 60-year-old man seeking to meet a woman with shared values and perspective for casual dating. (If things click, I'm open to more). I am a dynamic introspective, passionate, sensitive man. I'm honest, curious, thoughtful and have a zest for life. I have a good sense of humor and love making people laugh. I've been in a career transition, and, in my second consecutive PT job while seeking FT job. My ultimate vocational goal is to write (or blog) my opinions and do original in-depth reporting on topics in the news. I am divorced and share custody of my daughter.
About the one I'm looking for...
I'm looking for an attractive, thoughtful, sensitive woman - in my age range - who has a good sense of humor and doesn't take life too seriously. I'd hope to find a woman with emotional intelligence. For now, I'm focused on enjoying the present. If I met a woman and things really clicked, I'd be open to a long-term relationship.
I'd just like to add...
I love politics and following media coverage of politics and news. I'm a longtime very liberal Democrat and an idealistic supporter of social change. I'm a Red Sox fanatic. I've lived around Boston my whole life and love this area.

My Top Interests:
News and Politics
I've been following politics my whole adult life. I'm fascinated by the dynamics of campaigns and elections - especially presidential campaigns. I love observing, analyzing and writing about the media's coverage of campaigns and politics, in general.
I've always loved movies, but, I go less often now than years ago...I think movies today are not nearly as good. I like good movies about people - dramas. Like "Shawshank Redemption" or "To Kill a Mockingbird"
Thank God for music. It helps me to cope and to escape and, of course, to just enjoy the great tunes. I am mostly into music from the 1960s, I have to say. To me, that was the "renaissance" of music. Of course, much was rock and R & B.
